    not really sure why they would release an SP2 when alot of people are just using Win 7 instead

    Heh i remember when Vista was released Microsoft was clamimng that it is so reliable OS that no service packs will be needed......

    ....now they are releasing 2nd service pack..........

    LOL, I remember that too, the sad thing is, the only MS OS never to get a service pack is Windows ME.

    Ive installed it to three of my computers now, and has anyone noticed that your PC is booting a wee bit slower? This gets to the desktop in 1m 8 seconds instead of its usual 29 seconds according to my uptime metre.

    Yea, once I put in my password it usually went to the desktop within 6 seconds. Now it takes 20.

    Hopefully it will return to normal with superfetch. Its probably just deleted the superfetch data or something?
