Weighing in at 1.5 GB (expanding to 2.3 when un-rar’d), the texture mod improves game appearance across the board with 1894 textures and 1297 materials re-worked.

You’ll note that there’s more going on than just better textures. Here you can change the values for the antialiasing, the LOD, Depth of Field, shadow blur, view distance, as well as toggling parallax mapping, water and object tessellation, real time reflections, SSDO, shadow effects, and a few misc options. The bottom right slider allows you to globally enhance all these settings

I have it on Steam. Crysis 2 Maximum Edition. Got it on sale for $15.00 a couple months ago. It's more now. No mention of Origin in the system requirements. Crysis 2 - Maximum Edition on Steam

Really, thats odd.. All my Crysis stuff is on Orgins and not steam...

When Crysis 2 first dropped it was released on steam and than EA pulled it from steam when origin was released. Its now back for sale on steam

Ahh, that makes more sense.. lolz.. I rarely log into steam since I play BF3 most of the time... I need to log into steam more often..
