    That's cool. Steam has been pretty good with refunds, at least to me. I even had them simply remove games I never played.

    Steam has no phone service which is annoying but still my experience with them thus far has been good even when I thought one of my accounts with them was stolen recently. As for Origin I had some issues with older games I bought and they did not know how to help me with them and in one situation I figured out how to fix things before they got anywhere in helping me. At this point I would rate Steam ahead of Origin but both could use improvements in terms of customer service.
    I wish I could build pcs each and every single day for the rest of my life. PC FTW !

    The one and only thing steam needs to do is read the first email you send them. I know that for most people the copy and paste response is the right one. But it never is for me. I google, I check the faq, I do everything I can do avoid contacting support and waiting 48h on a response that doesn't even begin to answer my question.

    I get that with just about every support site then I'm just like screw it and forget about it for a month or so email them again and get a perfect solution to the problem I was having.. Its just like why couldn't I have gotten this the first time?
