Vista 64 bit or 32 bit?

Runs fine in 64 bit and SP1 refresh 1 and 2

Don't know if this is resolved yet but try run the program under administrative permissions.
I think its a properties setting on either the game shortcut or .exe ,
I don't run vista so i cant be 100% sure.

one of my friends had a problem like this and that seemed to sort things out straight error wise.

the instability could most likely be caused by your overclock aswell. I'd say if the above hasn't resolved the problem (assuming you already have latest drivers) remove the overclock and give it a whirl.
