i was wondering if there's a way to easily select the monitor you want a game to run on? gta san andreas thought of that and if it detects two (or probably even more) monitors it lets you to select which one you want to use. though i would like to run Enemy Territory on my secondary monitor and by using google i have not found how to do it. i'm using WinXP pro sp2.
*edit: typo..

well.. didn't find any real solution.. so i just set the secondary monitor as primary. it works fine and the my applications remember on which monitor they should be launched (probably all, haven't had problems with any). the taskbar stays on secondary monitor which is good also. btw i tried using UltraMon with its shortcuts/profiles with no luck. pc just freezes after launching my customized shortcut.
so there ya go.. simple and probably the best solution around at this time...

well the idea was that i have running a game on secondary monitor while there are apps running on the primary one. if i see something that needs my attention on the primary monitor, i quickly minimize the game and i do stuff.
