Anyone used our New Primoflex Advanced LRT Tubing yet?
I would love to hear you experiences with it. I personally have been using it for almost a year and find it amazing but id love to hear what you guys think. Also how do you like it compared to other tubing on the market.

I will share some of my Photos of my Advanced Tubing first. (Yes i like to play to )

Here are some of the colors i have at the moment. There are more colors but this is what i have to play with for now.

Also this is the Clear Advanced Tubing with just Steamed Distilled running 24/7 at 5Ghz Idle Temp is around 30c depending on the ambient of course. But i have also pushed it to around 68c playing around.Just a 6970 sitting on it running 1000/1450.

And just a close up on the Tubing. Roughly 2 1/2 months running so far. PH Level is still around 7 so all is good.

So from what ive seen so far Primochill's New Advanced tubing in my opinion is definitely one of the best tubing's on the market if not the best.

But this is just my opinion. I would really love to hear from others running and and maybe see there Advanced Tubing in action.

Take care guys and looking forward to some feedback.

Lol anyone notice the last photo i posted? The battery not in? Lol let me put it this way. Always leak test before turning a system on. I was extremly lucky and i put loops together many times a day so i should have known better but all it takes is 1 tiny mistake and you can destroy all your expensive hardware. In this case i got lucky and i recommend if you ever get water on you equipment rip the PSU cord out as fast as possible and the Battery. Basides that you can blow the water off and use a hairdryer or heatgun to dry it ,let it sit a few days and pray. Just thought id share my mistake with other in hopes it saves someone else the hassle as if i simply leak tested first like i normally do ,i would have had nothing to worry about.

Hope this helps someone. Take Care Guys

Just wanted to give Primochill a quick shout out.
I had originally been running the old PRO LRT batch that I been using over the 6 months and had tons of issues with plasticizer, submitted a RMA request and Julia at Primochill was nice to enough to help me.

They replaced 4 sets of my tubing that I had purchased, they sent me the new Advance LRT Line tubing so its now time to have some fun and replace all of the old tubing that I have.

It weird thing was it was only a small batch that I had bought they had the issues. I still have some that I had bought over a year ago that didn't have any issues... looks like it was only a small batch that was hit or miss..

Thank You so much for the Shout Out and i am sure you are going to love the new Advanced LRT. I am so glad you got everything sorted and yes i myself and the company are aware that the older LRT that worked great for so many years all of a sudden became hit of miss. I have one build here running the older stuff for over 6 months with no issues and another build i cant run for 3 days from the same roll. They started working on advanced roughly a year and a half ago when people started to say they were having issues. A lot of work and many teams worked on the new tubing. It should be the best tubing currently on the market. But we will let the customers speak for that ..

Again so glad your all sorted and yeah they do try their hardest to keep their customers happy.

    Take Care.

    I am not to familiar with the prices as i am not on that end of things but i believe the sizes are 3/8 x 1/2 - 3/8 x 5/8 - 7/16 x 5/8 - 1/2 x 3/4 and then there is a 8mm ID Tubing also.

Also its sold in 10' Rolls

Quick look just now shows 1/2 x 3/4 10' Roll costs:

    FrozenCPU: $25.99

    Performance PC: $24.99

EK also has it here: Tubing

Hope this helps a little, But remember the Limited Edition UV Green wont be at the resellers until April 1st.

Just a quick one for anyone thinking of getting Advanced LRT tubing. Be very careful what you put in your water.

I used Mayhem Extreme Biocide (copper sulfate based, same as PT Nuke) and distilled water, after 3 months I had plasticizer issues (see pics, before and after 3 months).

When I contacted Primochill they told me that using biocide voids your warranty....basically too bad, so sad.[IMG][/IMG]

If you do plan to use Advanced LRT, either run a specific Primochill coolant or unicorn tears through your loop.

I used Mayhem Extreme Biocide (copper sulfate based, same as PT Nuke) and distilled water, after 3 months I had plasticizer issues (see pics, before and after 3 months).

When I contacted Primochill they told me that using biocide voids your warranty....basically too bad, so sad.[IMG]

If you do plan to use Advanced LRT, either run a specific Primochill coolant or unicorn tears through your loop.

that is odd. I have never had that issue with the Advanced LRT. Have used multiple colors and clear tubing. A bunch of different coolant solutions with biocides. I know the Pro tubing had plasticizer issues big time. Are you sure it is advanced LRT tubing and not Pro? I have seen some reports of retailers shipping the wrong product and people reporting plasticizer problems shortly after.

Btw Nice looking rig. Like the purple.

I have pulled hoses off that look like that and its nothing but water buildup, tubes look as good as new
after I run a bottle brush through them with a little liquid kitchen soap on it and rinse them out with hot water

Unless they changed the tubing that was in the box, it's definitely the Advanced LRT.

I did weeks of research before building my loop and most of the comments I saw were like yours, no issues at all. That's why I was quite surprised when this happened, and happened so quickly.

I was probably more surprised that Primochill made no effort to defend their product, simply saying using harsh chemicals like biocide voids your warranty. This is supposed to be their Holy Grail of tubing.

Thanks! I thought I'd try a subtle UV build without going over the top with neons and heaps of lights. I'm still not happy with it though and I've made a few changes since, I'll post an update once it's done

Might be possible, but I used demineralised water, so what actually is it?
