Any chance you can cover linux material? Say, a tutorial for a complete linux noob, who wants to switch from windows to linux for this current year? there are so many versions to choose from. Which OS would be best for gaming and graphic art, music production, and regular internet use? :P

I can do GNU/Linux, but you'll have to narrow down the possibilities, I can do a complete Noob guide for every area... but im gonna ask that you pick a User Friendly distro (Crunchbang, Ubuntu, Zorran, Debian) and play with it, give me some issues/things you dont get and i;ll go into detail

    Default Re: Tutorial

I read/listened to a guide that claimed there is a linux distro that is nearly impenetrable, but it isnt ubuntu... It was from eli the computer guy on youtube and the video was a linux for beginner tutorial. Its like an hour long but its in there, as I dont recall the distro name. Im sure you can hack into the network of any system/OS etc, but, I heard that there are only like 50 virus for linux, and its impossible to access the system files without the admin/root password. I know nothing about Linux mind you, so Im regurgitating info I heard, not information I verified or have tested cause I dont have any experience with Linux, other than have used an Android phone. I never knew how much Linux was used till I watch Eli the compute guy.

And I will get back to you Shell_Shock once I find which Linux Im going to install and use, after I try four different versions, I have dl'd mint cinnamon, ubuntu, zorran, and studio something... its for art and graphics?
If I have any issues or questions I wont hesitate to ask! ty!
