    Default Prolimatech Super Mega

At first glance, the Prolimatech Super Mega looks like just the Megahalems, and in fact, it is almost the same. But there are few important tweaks that appear to improve upon the predecessor. But as we know, paper specs do not necessarily make for a tangible improvement out in the real world. We decided to put the Super Mega to the test, to find out if it can indeed surpass the Megahalems in cooling performance or not.

Ah finally! I was waiting for another Megahalems vs Super Mega Review, as for a while I was going on only one. It measured the Megahalems to be slightly better though, not by much, but measurable.

Either way it looks like a good cooler, was expecting to see a larger improvement though. I guess the original Megahalems was a beast, and only going the 2 beastly towers route can it be significantly bested (I'm looking at you NH D14).

    Great review Jake.

I think it would have posted a bigger improvement if it was all copper. Of course that's not affordable at all, so I think a compromise here was struck. Partly copper, better fan mounts, a bit more clamping pressure. The Megahalems design is pretty awesome to begin with, so it would be hard to improve on that with these tweaks.

All copper would have been very expensive, but the cooling performance may have been worth it.

I wonder how this would have done on my machine compared to the Larkooler. I bet the Larkooler would be the best on my system out of the two.

Ooh that is awesome! I'll take a look. Honestly I know the Larkooler isn't the greatest kit out there but it works 110% for me!

I may get this to replace my stock fan, so I can FINALLY OC the CPU.

Do you think it'll fit in an HAF 922 mid tower? Judging by those pictures, that thing is HUGE.

AZZA doesn't give proper specs like that they just say the case is 213mm Wide
