Interesting concept of a PSU with no fan.
Nicely done Steve!

We've got our hands on one of Seasonic’s newest models, an X Series 460W fanless power supply, which comes 80PLUS Gold Certified, so not only should it be completely silent, but it also be very efficient as well. This new power supply comes from the X Series lineup, currently available in 650W and 750W power ranges, and is geared to the discerning consumer that wants excellent efficiency, features, and quality in a silent setup.

Thanks for this review.
I just got a Seasonic x 650w gold psu running an i7 920 and whilst testing and loading windows it was an ambient of 15deg and not drawing enough power to start the fan .so this too is to some degree fanless....unnerving really ... just not used to seing that
When I get a chance I will load it up and check some voltages
