    Default ASUS Maximus IV Extreme

The ASUS Maximus IV Extreme is a premium P67 motherboard that may just be the best P67 offering on the market. With a groundbreaking UEFI BIOS and some insane auto overclocking results, the M4E will not only leave you drooling but considerably lighter in the pocketbook as well.

Nice looking board, great review Jake. I like the switches they added for the PCIe lanes good idea.

It's a brilliant MB. Have you tried the same CPU on other boards as well? Reason I'm asking is simple, I hit a higher OC on my CPU on the M4E than my old ASUS Deluxe with the same VCORE. At 1.35v I got 4.6GHz compared to 4.5GHz. I know it's not much, but still better. Did you notice any difference like that?

Goat, I was indeed able to hit higher OC results. The M4E gave the best results of any P67 I've tested to date. A very impressive board, but doesn't come cheap.
