    Default ECS HDC-I E350 Fusion

AMD has been working for some time, a vision now reality called FUSION. The product is an embedded processor with an on-die GPU and the motherboard we're looking at is labeled the ECS HDC-I. Itís a mini-ITX motherboard with AMD's embedded processor E350 code named Zacate.

    Default 4 pin

Am I blind or does the board not have a 4 pin CPU connector?

I registered on this board just to say that... not ALL boards have overclock function !!!!

I just bought HDC-I v1.0 yesterday, in fact only because I read it had overclock option, but what a cold shower - it does not have. At least not where it should be, under Frequency/Voltage control in BIOS.

Enable turbo is all you have to do.

There is NO "turbo mode" in my BIOS, unlike on the screenshots provided on this page. And, the bios version is the same as in the screenshots. I guess that "Turbo Mode Good Lucky" message means something bigger, like "you are lucky, and other may not be"

So, to clarify, I've got the BIOS version 2.10.1208 as shown in the picture:
    (03/24/2011)

Also another pic that is proof for what I say - there is NO turbo mode.

I bought this board because of lots of reviews, all of them told me there is a Turbo Mode, but my board doesn't have it. It seems ECS intentionally shipped "good" boards to reviewers and bad one to the shops.

Just to warn anyone who is consider this board as an option...

Do you really think this? Or are you just angry and saying whatever comes to mind?

Did you post here for help?
Or just to complain about your ECS board not doing what the rest of them do?

I noticed that you didn't post your system specs when you registered.
What RAM do you use, and how much of it? (Specs Please)
    What PSU do you have?

If I were you, I would go to the ECS website and download the latest BIOS for your board, EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT installed on your board. I would ~re-flash~ the latest BIOS to your board.
Make sure that your memory is on the ECS QVL for that board. (Qualified Vendors List) Sometimes having the proper memory makes a world of difference in how a PC works.

Make sure that your memory is on the ECS QVL for that board. (Qualified Vendors List) Sometimes having the proper memory makes a world of difference in how a PC works.
If I were me, I would already re-flash the BIOS or update a BIOS, if ECS provided me with one. Even on their support/download page there is no newer BIOS for download, and I've read around that there ARE new BIOS'es...
If you don't belive me, check it out... http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Dow...nuID=0&LanID=0 .. and to clarify, they don't offer ANY bios for download, not old one, not new one... that is what makes me so angry, sorry :-)
