    Default Sapphire 6850 Vapor-X

Today we are looking at the replacement for the original HD 5770: the Sapphire Radeon HD6850 Vapor-X. This card sports Sapphire's non-reference heatsink, black diamond chokes and 10-Phase power design, and looks to bring some robust gaming horsepower at lower temperatures with the popular Vapor-X cooler design.

I hope Sapphire bring out a Vapor-X version of their 6970's. I miss the quietness and cooling of my old 5870V-X's. I'd buy two tomorrow and on sell these two 6970's I have

Excellent review Steve. Since I just won the HD5770 I wish you had not mentioned that this was its replacement.

Nice job ! & enjoyed reading your first video card review. Still think that it 's pretty nice card for the money and may be bit better overall than the PowerColor HD 5770 I have now.
