Oh wait... are there 2 or 4 PCI-E cables in total? If you have 2 + 2, then yes, it'd power a second card no problem. I thought you had 1 + 1. CoolerMaster's site (and others) say it only has 2 PCI-E.

There are two PCI-E cables. Each cable has a 6+2 and 6 pin on it. I have one cable plugged into my card. There is another cable not being used. It also have a 6+2 and 6 pin on it.

Alright then, you're lucky. Enhance must have revised the desing to add 2 more cables because according to the reviews, original M700's all came with only 2 cables.
You have the 4 cables needed. Though, it wouldn't hurt to upgrade if you want a longer lasting unit (as the capacitors of your unit are likely to be aged). You'd bump up the efficiency and have a better performing/better built unit.

I'm going to buy either the one reviewed in this thread or the Corsair AX850. Haven't decided yet. My M700 will go in my other rig to replace the Thermaltake TR2 RX 650W.

Between the AX850 and the Fatal1ty I'd def. pick the Fatal1ty as it's a better deal and a better looking unit with individually sleeved cables. It's cooled better as well (performance is more or less the same).
Alternatively, you can shoot for the LZP-850 I linked to. It's a better PSU than both the AX and the Fatal1ty as it's 1000W version beat the SeaSonic Platinum 1000, and the 850W performs even better.
HARDOCP - Conclusion - Kingwin LZP-1000 1000W Power Supply Review
I installed this PSU in a build yesterday......One of the SATA power supply connectors was shorting out the PSU, out of the box ......It's the first factory PSU to offer these individually sleeved cables, so if you're in market for one, keep your eyes & ears open for anyone else experiencing this same issue with the SATA connectors, or any of the connectors

Its a great PSU, and the sleeving makes it even more special.

Had mine for months without issues, and I only paid about $175 when it was on sale.
