So what if three will not go onto the top?
Run three of them inside for push, and run two on top for pull if it will not fit three.
    I think it's a great looking case.

Hey Polo. Do the push with 3 fan's inside & the pull with 2 fan's on top. Will work just fine. It is you're' set up. It is good to ask questions here. You never regret it. Good guy's here we like to have fun. You will learn that.

I am not 100% certian as to weather or not the XM can hold a 360 rad as I do not have one availible to check with. CM does not state in their manual that this possible, only that a 240 is possible. My gut feeling says yes to the 360 but I cannot verify this.

BTW, the grommet did not break its rubber and it just slipped out of its housing. Sorry for not responding sooner guys, I am however trying to be more active on the forums

Great review and the pictures were supreme. The Case is just what I would expect from CM. If you think about it , its the same as the HAF X RC-942-KKN1 full tower but its a Midtower, its available right now at the Egg.

Thanks Alan. I really liked the ease and simplicity of the XM, I'm not a huge fan of the style but the errr......huge fans made up for that! The HDD caddy was a very nice touch and I already find myself missing it. If I didn't know any better I would say the item you linked to on Newegg is the same as what I was sent for review.

The Cooler Master HAF series has always been great, but I have to agree with Clay, they did a great job with this mid tower. As far as the 360, I'm 95% positive you can mount one. but like I mentioned in my other post, the 3 120mm fans would have to me inside the case, but with a little modding you could make it work on top.
    2nd system

    3rd system

ASUS ROG X79 Rampage 4 Formula, 3930K, Boreas Chiller, VisionTek 480GB, WD 750GB, 16GBs Kingston HyperX Red 1600MHz, Two GTX680s, OCZ 1250W, CM Stryker modded for the Boreas Chiller, 3 white Skull fans grills from MNPCTech.

    Clay,
without having the case here to measure the top I wont guess as to whether it will fit or not or what type of mod would be necessary.
But what I can tell you is your going to need at least 15 1/4" across the top to house the rad, and a minimum of 1" below the rad for the fans to clear the motherboard area.
Is the case still in your position? if so take some measurements I am curious now as to just how much room is up there.

If you watch this video , it has no problems with a 280mm rad. This is one great case for 120.00bucks.
Newegg TV: COOLER MASTER HAF XM Mid Tower Computer Case - YouTube a 360 WILL NOT FIT, look at the specs. If this case had a side window I would buy one right now, since I got my new workbench it has made my life so much simpler, now I can build what I want when I want cause I have plenty of light, my eyes are not good, and I need a movable spotlight and a movable ( up and down) 4' fluorescent light.

We are already are aware of that Alan what everyone's concern is whether or not it's feasible to add a 360 with fans.

Thanks Vinny, I am glad you cleared that up. I guess I missed that part.
