Out of all the cases I have reviewed I have to say that at the top of my list for (build quality and features) would be
Silverstone, then Lian Li, all the others would follow JMHO!.

Silverstone and Lian Li makes good cases, Although I have never worked with a Lian Li myself. A couple of my buddies have them and like them allot but personally I never used them before, But that can change. lolz.. Silverstone I have a few HTPC Cases, But not the towers.
Of all cases I think the Case Labs TH10 case as been the best case I have worked with when it comes to quality and fitment, But that's not your typical consumer chassis.. lolz..
I've given away a few cases, here and there, but I have most of the ones that I have done custom work to.

Again these are custom cases that I would have to rate at the top with the others I have never owned or reviewed one but would welcome the chance to.
