    Default Corsair Carbide 500R

The Corsair Carbide 500R is classed as a mid-tower chassis but the features look to say otherwise. With good airflow and a versatile setup in mind, the 500R has a no-nonsense design that appears to complement the straightforward yet robust features inside and out.

the full size ATX board I had in there was already a tight fit with good wire management. The EATX board won't work really well with this case. I would probably look into a diff MB that is a little bit smaller. Even if you managed to fit the board you will not have any space to work in terms of running your sata and power cables. On top of that at the lower bottom right of the MB tray you will see Corsair recessed part of it for the rear for cable management. That is where you might run into problems with larger MB. Standard ATX will be your best bet.

Kenny, that is one of the best Case reviews I have ever read, between you and Vin doing the cases, PureOC has one of the best teams on the internet. What can I say, well for one thing its a Corsair Case, I have 3 of them I have the 800D and 2 X 650D Obsidians and I just got an NZXT that my son liked. But for me Corsair has always done justice to their cases and you made them look as good as can be. Great review.

Don't sell yourself short, Kenny. Jake really does a great job editing, but he is only as good as the content he's working with too.

I really like how you and Vinny have both done custom watercooling in the recent case reviews. It helps us determine the true potential of a chassis because if it can handle a custom loop, it can certainly handle any air cooling or closed loop set up someone would throw at it. Really great job.

I look at a lot of reviews and have to say that PureOC reviews are among the best, most informative around. Great job to the whole review team.
