great review. I am surpised by how poorly it handled the AMD OC temps. That was just a moderate OC and it couldnt disapate the heat fast enough. It looks like a great cooler if you are running at stock speeds or AMD or intel.

Over all it was a decent performer. If you take a look at my OC on my 1090t I had to ramp up the voltage to get the stable OC to run Prime. Which is what is causing the heat. The higer voltage kills it. However if you can a decent chip that can OC with lower voltage it can be a diff story. Remember its not the higher Freq that creates the heat. Its the voltages.

However with a every day mild OC this cooler did perform good. Remember not the every user will take the chips clocks and voltage up as high as we do when doing review.

very true. So far I havent had to mess with my voltages for the small OC i doing. I might need to kick it up just a tad. Guess lll see what my 212 is made of.

Everyday use is ok with 75 load temps. The Max TDP is 90 and max TJ is 68. Max TJ is the temps at center of core which run 10 degrees under your temp softare so, that said, you could take the load temps easily to 78 under load and your golden.

Slap a 3500 RPM / 135 CFM fan on that baby and watch the temps drop! You're not a real enthusiast until you have at least one Delta fan in your arsenal LOL
