    Default In-Win GRone

Today we will be looking at the In-Win GRone full tower case. This case features support for E-ATX motherboards, a 360mm rad at the top, a 240mm rad at the bottom (with the HDD cage removed), and support for ten 120/140mm fans. Yes. 2 rads and 10 fans! This case was designed to appeal to nearly anyone, from the water cooling enthusiast to the gamer with taller heatsinks. Could this wide variety of features be the shining factor for this case? We shall soon see if In-Win did a good enough job of catering to everyone's needs with the GRone.

James, great first review. Very thorough and detailed. You answered all the questions I had concerning this case. Your photos are really nice too.

As for the case, I'm not that impressed due to its price. It costs the same as an NZXT Switch 810, but isn't as nice as the Switch. One thing this case lacks is the dual modular hard drive cages that the Switch has, which allows for the bottom one to be removed for a rad while leaving the top one in for your drives. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad case, I just think InWin made a mistake pricing it the same as the Switch. If this case was say $109.99 it would be a screaming deal and really compete with the Switch. But for the same money I'll stick with NZXT.

Thanks a lot Sam!! I tried to cover everything in detail so nothing would be missed, i thought i might have been going a lil over board. I dont know if im understanding you right, the top hdd cage can stay installed with a 240 rad in a push config only. If you wanted to do push/pull there would be a lil modding but nothing major. I do agree i still like the Switch better!!

This case is a big step forward for In Win, so thge only complaint I have is the blue tinted window. They should give people a choice on the window, clear would have looked a lot better.

I couldn't agree more, Compared to the previous InWin cases i've seen in the past this is one of the better ones and options wise, its not a bad choice. Yes, their are better cases out there but more options available on the market will help bring other competitors pricing down and also to innovate new designs.

The clear window would have been much better or even a smoked one...

I would have never considered buying a pc case from In-Win until now! The GRone is a massive improvement in the case department. When i started doing the review i checked out there past cases and the only one that caught my eye was the Dragon rider. Looking at these 2
(Dragon & GRone) ,lets hope they keep with the trend and bring out some kick@ss cases!
