Silverstone Heligon Seires – HEO1 CPU Cooler

When it comes to the PC hardware Industry, many tend to choose products based on a name they already know. Consumers tend to turn to a company that holds a strong reputation. When we hear the name Silverstone, it doesn't come as surprise that they have built a solid foundation and strong reputation in this arena. Today we have the opportunity to take a look at their new CPU Cooler from the Heligon Series line, the HEO1. While we know Silverstone produces some of the finest production cases, as well as some of the top performing accessories in today's market, the CPU Cooling market is another monster altogether. With the mass variety of options that are available today, the competition can get fierce. Today, we will put the Heligon Series HEO1 cooler to the test and see if Silverstone can uphold their excellent reputation in this market as well.

Thanks Guys! This was a good cooler... while the P mode wasn't what I expected and the price being a little on the high side.. the quality on the cooler tho really makes up for it..

It shows, believe me! I wish more of the sites I admin for were as smooth as this one is :thumbsupbig::cheer:

Not to mention being an area of interest of mine...which never hurts anything, right? ;) I just built the rig in my info last month...my second build from scratch. The first one was 4 years ago, and just got moved to backup duty.

You need to start posting more, can you include a couple of photos of your builds in your next post ?

I'll see what I can do about putting up some pics, but there's really nothing special about this build...just parts in a cool lookin' case, with pretty crappy cable management. :D
I will try to participate more, but I'm learning from you guys on this newer generation stuff right now...overclocking the various parts of this rig is very different from what it was with my E8400 Core2Duo and DDR2 memory!:p
