Default In Win 904 Case review

In Win has just released their brand new 904 case today. This full aluminum case features tempered glass sides and a solid frame. This allows for stability by design while giving your PC that high-tech, industrial look that's popular. It also comes with a hidden ODD bay and four USB 3.0 ports. It only supports two internal fans and limited radiator sizes, but that's to be expected to create this work of art. The split design in the back assists in managing your cables at the rear going to your I/O board, completing the package. Will this new case hold up to the In Win name and potentially start a new trend? Read on to find out.

Don't get me wrong, although there's a few issues with it and lacking heavy water cooling support. There's a lot of potential for improvements.

Exactly, lack of custom WC support. Maybe the improvements can remedy the deficiencies. IMO

Very good review. As Smiki007 said, the lack of watercooling support is a big no-no for me. Also the troublesome PSU installation and the limited options for cable routing are unfortunate.

Anyway, I appreciate the use of aluminium and tempered glass. Hopefully, with the successor of this case we will see a product that is both beautiful (did I mention aluminium and glass ) but also with top notch functionalities.

Nice review, this case would look nice next to a nice media center set up.. with the glass and brushed look, it can make a killer HTPC case IMO...
But as a overall everyday tower, I think the features are lacking, the flow of the hardware doesn't seem to fit with some of today's case features.

There is allot of things I like and don't like about the case, but overall, if you take a look at what you want to do or plan for this case. It can be beauty in the eyes of a artist.

You know Kenny I agree and considering that it's an aluminum chassis and Glass which are both costly, what do you think of the price ?

But as a overall everyday tower, I think the features are lacking, the flow of the hardware doesn't seem to fit with some of today's case features.

There is allot of things I like and don't like about the case, but overall, if you take a look at what you want to do or plan for this case. It can be beauty in the eyes of a artist.
It would look good as an HTPC, something that isn't running high end hardware and doesn't need excessive cooling it would be great. Although it's constructed with aluminum and glass, I don't see many people buying it for that price as an HTPC and lacking the features it does.
