Good read Joe. Funky looking AIO.

Antec is at it once again developing stronger and more powerful closed loop coolers. Their newest addition to the Kuhler family is the 650, 950 and 1250. The 650 unit is a high performance cooling solution with an integrated large pump built into the cooling fan providing a more efficient and optimized product. With the PWM fan designed to automatically adjust fan speed based on temperature, its directional blade is designed to focus on maximum airflow. It even includes an LED on the block that changes color based on temperature. Continue reading to find how well the 650 stays cool under our heat producing machines.

Wow, this thing looks like it possibly could be the best 120mm on the market! What did you guys think? Anyways, great review. Nice to see someone testing some hot amd chips as well.

Good review and some really nice performance off that AIO
Can you replace the air duct with a fan for a push pull configuration ?

Ok, pump location doesn't make much of the different in water cooling if the liquid contacts the heat source, it will equilibrium.
14C delta from the Thermaltake 2 pro is very questionable.
Pump is biggie-back the fan is not very good idea. What happen if the fan die? You can't replace it with aftermarket fan.

It's an amazing AIO performance wise. The air duct can be replaced with a fan for push/pull configuration as Antec has already added a fan connector for push/pull. I normally do that in testing but didn't want to as I didn't have a spare fan to match the performance of the stock fan. I can only believe that adding a fan in pull would significantly increase performance

Excellent review Joe. Everything the reader needs, nothing they don't want to read... and FAR less wordy than my stuff x-). Great lineup of coolers they got with these, I even kind of like the look on them now.

Takes awhile to get used to the bulkiness of it, The more I look at it the less it seems to bother me, although in a push pull half of the motherboard would be covered unless you put the other fan on the exterior of the back of the case. Good and easy read, just how I like it.

I Just purchased this AIO cooler due to a sale and being able to pick it up for 25 dollars after rebate. I must say I was skeptical but am glad I did, I am running my system overclocked to 4.5Ghz I have had this cooler in it for 4 days now. I replaced the factory thermal grease with arctic silver and just ran Prime95, Intel burn test, and OCCT none of which pushed my temperatures past 50C. My ambient temperature in the room is 25.55C, air temp in case was 34C average, and Max CPU temp I saw was right at 50C The socket temperature got to 53C. I have not been able to find much information on this cooler yet so wanted to put my experience up for others that may be looking for a cost effective way to get into a Closed loop cooler. I looked at all the reviews I could find but none were done with an FX-8350 and therefore I did not feel I had a good frame of reference for this cooler and cpu setup. I would like to see others post real world experience with this cooler as I feel it was a great purchase, and would like to see how others experiences with it are. I am attaching a screen shot of my OCCT test this was my last one and I ran it for 38+ minutes.
It is a bit bulky, however I found it fit fine in my case and covers about 1/4 of my board on the back end.

Nice temps with that chip! These new Antec coolers are all pretty darn good based on our experience with them, though admittedly the 950 isn't as good a purchase as the 650 or the 1250 on account of the thicker rad not being thick enough to justify the price premium.
