Default Phanteks Enthoo LUXE Full Tower Case

After all these years reviewing computer equipment, especially case reviews, it takes a lot to get me excited. There are not too many manufacturers that will spark my interest or kindle and light that fire inside of me. Today Phanteks has now moved to the top of my list as one of those manufacturers. Phanteks as some of you may already know has been on the forefront as leader in the manufacturing of thermal solutions, with their high performance fans and air coolers. Phanteks this year took the industry by surprise when the company ventured into computer case manufacturing, introducing for the very first time their award winning Phanteks Enthoo Primo full tower chassis, a chassis specifically targeting the computer enthusiast and water cooling aficionado.

Today will be looking at yet another offering from Phanteks: the Phanteks Enthoo LUXE Full Tower. The Enthoo LUXE is very similar looking to the coveted Phanteks Enthoo Primo, sporting many of the distinct features and designs of its predecessor which includes multiple radiator support, modular HD cages, power supply shroud, and all aluminum look. The Phanteks Enthoo LUXE is available in both a black and a white windowed version. The Enthoo Series is all about versatility, a spacious and clean interior and, of course, Enthoo is famous for making it very easy to build water cooling systems. Read on to see why this case has got me very excited. We are taking an up close and personal look into this new arrival from Phanteks to see how it stacks up against its bigger brothers.

Great review Vinny, is an excellent case (much smaller then 900d, but lots of space inside, some how looks bigger inside then 900d), great finish look, excellent price, but I'm staying with my prefered enthoo primo (love it), sorely I saw it too late (when I already bought 900d)

Its not in the same class as the Phanteks PRIMO but with the new features it will definitely carry its weight right below it
you can plug right in the additional lighting that they offer, and add to this case with upgrades as well.

Yes, I know that, the new Luxe is more like a little brother of Primo according to its dimension (PRIMO: 250mm x 650mm x 600mm (WxHxD), LUXE: 235mm x 560mm x 550mm (WxHxD)), and upgrades are awesome, just saying the Primo is my preferred case (love at first sight ).

Just an FYI for anyone who is going to purchase one of their cases a cut and paste below that I received

Walnut, California, July 16th, 2014 - Today, Phanteks announced the new Enthoo Series
accessories line, which includes the PWM hub, SSD bracket, pump bracket, Y-Splitter and
multicolor LED strips. Whether upgrading or adding to your current case or the Enthoo
cases, the accessories will help make modding that much more easy.

    Create silence in your system
    The PWM hub (PH-PWHUB_01) provides
users with the power to control and
connect up to 6 fans with one single hub,
delivering PWM capabilities to all fans
that are connected to it. The hub is now
enclosed inside a cover with a illuminated
logo that lights up when powered on. If
6 fans are not enough, the retail Y-splitter
can be the solution to your problem.
The Y-Splitter (PH-CB-Y3P) allows you to
connect 2 fans to each fan header on the
PWM hub, up to 11 fans total (requires extra
    PH-CB-Y3P)

    Install Effortlessly With Our Brackets
Upgrading storage capacity to your Enthoo
cases can now be easier with the SSD
brackets. For the Luxe and the Pro, a single
slot SSD bracket (PH-SDBKT_01) is available
to maximize your storage and a double
slot SSD bracket (PH-SDBKT_02) is available
    for the Enthoo Primo.
    There are many different watercooling
pumps out there and choosing one is very
    difficult. The pump bracket (PH-PUMBKT_01)
will be an easy upgrade with the predrilled
    mounting holes which is compatible
with many of the water pump out on the
    market.

the plug and play connector. The LED strip
allows the user to control the colors with
the Luxe LED switch matching the Luxe’s
LED with the strip. The Multi-colored
LED comes in two lengths, 2 meter (PHLEDKT_

Thanks I am really enjoying this case very much in fact I will go back and add the additional lighting to the inside

    Nice review!

I suggest you have a play with the included PWM controlled variable voltage 3-pin fan hub using PSU 12v power source. They are a great bit for automatic fan control up to 11 fans / 30 watts.
