I have a buddy that is running a ripping program, and now is unable to play any DVD/BD's his drive sill reads as a BDRW, and when he puts in a movie it says it does not have the drivers to play this...

Nope there is a bunch of Unknown devices in there, like USB and Ethernet stuff so no drivers, or I atlases need to get the LAN driver and see if Win Update and do something.

This is the page I looked at first, it only has the Win 10 Drivers :shrug:

simple question, but have you ran virus and other scans in say safe mode? Or does it reset in Safemode as well?
