Yes, it will work. A GTX-690 is an awesome card to use.
It takes more processing power to run three screens, so in some games, the settings may have to be turned down a little.

Some drives have problems working with some brands of media. Go to the Mfg's website and see if they have a firmware update for your drive.
If so, that may enable it to read more media.
