I can't do anything. The screen and all inputs are not responding. The time on the screen still reads 1:28pm from when it froze. Also I can't turn off the laptop via the power button.

I have an almost one year old Samsung Ativ Book 7 laptop.

I am suing Samsung's SW Update software to take any updates for the system.

I have updated the BIOS via this built in software before...

Seriously considering this laptop. I've been looking at it for a few weeks on MSI's website.

The Retina only refers to the pixel density. It's just an LCD display with a pixle density of 320+ PPI. That's it.

Sam I've seen worse. My local library connection is only about 200Kbps via ethernet or 100Kbps via Wifi. It's so slow it takes about 2 minutes to load my email in the Web browser.
