    Re: Re-using Motherboard Waterblocks

That is, but for something that is already that high and still get some more out of them was pretty good.
But on another note, I did get a set of Kingston HyperX Fury that runs native at 1866MHz...

    Re: Re-using Motherboard Waterblocks

Yea, the 4790K will do for most and the X99 5820k can be overkill if you don't need the extra cores, so this its more directed to a specific group of ppl that will need more processing power. In my...

    Re: Re-using Motherboard Waterblocks

The initial release of devils canyon did speculate that chips were able to hit 5GHz on air due to the new thermal interface (however still not a soldered IHS vs TIM base IHS), however a lot of the...
  7. Re: Corsair Announces Vengeance LPX High-Performance DDR4 Memory

From what I know. DDR4 memory with speeds of 2133MHz - 2666MHz are roughly the same as what you would pay for DDR3. So assuming prices are going to hike is anyone's best guess at this point. So I...

    Re: Re-using Motherboard Waterblocks

From what I have seen and read, the Devils Canyon chips are TIM between the IHS and the overclocking isn't much better than its previous Haswell 4770K.
Having own the 4770K the chip does a good...

Re: Streacom FC8 EVO Fanless Chassis Review

    Thanks!

This was a interesting piece to review. I can't say that I would run out a buy this chassis for $199.99, but its design and concept was pretty intriguing to say the least. I wasn't...

    Re: Ram speeds poor

Windows Task Mgr always defaults to 667Mhz. but it doesn't mean that its running at those speeds.. Using CPUZ to check is the most accurate way... or using benchmark apps like MaxxMem or AIDA
