If it is a newer stepping on the 965, you can get up to 4.5GHz. If it is an older one, 4.1 or so will be the highest. You can safely take Phenoms up to 1.55 volts as long as load temps stay under 55.

I will recommend this. Again, You meay get a little more out of a 660 watercooled but if you add a $100 waterbolock on the 660, your at $350. Why not get a 670GTX for $370. You will get far better...
