    Default OCing Video Card question

Hey guys, so my ASUS Geforce GTX 580 arrived today and I wanted to OC it. Since I have no past experience in OCing a video card I was wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction. I downloaded EVGA Precision since I heard this was the best tool for OCing a video card. What do you guys think? Should I use that or another tool? Any help is appreciated.

you can use EVGA Precision or MSI AfterBurn.

Increase Mhz by small increments, use FurMark to test the overclock. However, becareful with FurMark because it's very nasty with the testing.
