    It increased the gaming capabilities of your card and you didn't have to modify your BIOS. You get better performance without screwing up your warranty. I wouldn't even consider flashing that card now, because the flash is only trying to do what you already did with just the flick of a switch.

    I really like this feature on Sapphire's cards. It's mighty nice as I see it.

    Yea the hardest part it was finding the switch, to imagine it picture the smallest switch you've ever seen, this was about 10 times smaller than that.

    Yea its like 3/4 of an inch away from the crossfire plug on the edge of the board, just make you check every thing, at first glance the switch is so tiny you would never think that it was a switch.

    Yea thats the wrong card in that picture, that is the original 6950 pretty much just what AMD released, the newer one has dual fans and the switch is covered by the shroud and I think its even smaller than that

    I looked on my card and don't see a switch. I probably should pull the card a take a closer look but I can't see one with the card in my case. My card only has a single fan with a large shroud and in fact it is difficult to find the crossfire connection, although I know it's in there somewhere because the card came with a bridge and instructions on how to connect crossfire (the illustrations are not at all helpful). Maybe I'll have time to pull the card this weekend.
