    For me personally this is not a solution, the UAC is there for security reasons and it's recommended to be kept enabled. This is a bug that AMD needs to address, I even submitted it to their bug tracking site, but it seems that it rarely happens only to some users and they won't fix it very soon probably.

    I apologize if this has already been said, but I am too lazy to read through the thread! This isn't a solution. On an AMD system it is called "AMD VISION Engine Control Center". On an Intel system it is called "Catalyst Control Center".
