Default question about reverting back to core clock settings

hello guys, i have recently ran into some issues on diablo 3 that are fixxed by me underclocking my card a bit. i know that on my nvidia gtx 295 that the core and shader go down a bit, but when they do, do i make the memory clock go up or down? i am wanting to underclock all 3 a tad bit under factory. i didnt know if the all 3 went down or the core/shader down and the memory clock up.

    any help appreciated.
