    Default 4870 X2

Hi i just bought a 4870 X2 i have read the posts on hot to control the fan speed using the CCC and a profile. I can't find the XML file in the C:\users\myname path, i don't have anythign like that... I use Windows XP 64 is there a different location that i may find it? Also what would u limit the voltage to? i have mine at 1.25 volts for power, with a stable oc of GPU :795 MHZ and Memory stable at 955 MHZ, i would really like to figure out how to make the fan increase so i can attept to lower the temp a little.

The C:\Users\<you>\AppData folder is hidden by default, are you sure you have the option to view hidden files and folders on?
Have you tried trying into the address bar?
    C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE\Profiles

And dont mess about with voltages, just specify the clock speeds in CCC and it manages the voltages for you. It also drops the clock speed down in windows mode to lower the voltage when its not in use.
Personally I wouldn't overclock this card on air it runs too damn hot stock.

I fiddled with my profile xml files for ages with no change to the fan speed...
