Cooling: 2 Cougar 120mm/140mm, Nzxt 120mm, Stock CPU Fan(for now)
OS: Win7 x64 Ultimate

What did you make the homemade gromments from? I was looking at a few cases like the Cougar Evolution Galaxy, I like the case a lot but they dont have gromments for cable management. Was thinking of making some homemades myself.

This is what I used...Rubber cover from a Lacie hdd http://asset3.cbsistatic.com/cnwk.1d...1333-OVR-1.jpg. Just cut it up and glued it to the case. Also check this post out I started a while back. Some of the guys take about sites to get grommets from Homemade Grommets

ok cool. Good idea and did a good job of modding it to your case. I dont see why it wont hold up if you are not always switching things around.
