Hey all. I'm new to these forums so I figured I'd get started on getting involved by ACTUALLY going through the threads, trying to be a constructive member, and posting my current rig! I have all the system specs presently in my profile, but I will post everything again here.
I named my rig War and Peace. The reasoning behind this was because from day one of building my own computers, it is always an uphill battle: either my OS bricks three times in a week because my BIOS will default to IDE SATA functionality and changing it back makes my OS unrecoverable, or I will suffer some lame catastrophic hardware failure and not have the money to replace the parts or SOMETHING intensely ra-tarded. The Peace part is because when I DO manage to get things under control, the entire system runs beautifully, benchmarking pretty well and never struggling to produce results. This is, of course, representative of MOST people's experiences with computing... it just seems to happen WAY more with me than with anyone else I know x-).
System Specs:
Corsair Graphite 600T
Asus Sabertooth 990FX r2.0
AMD FX-8350 @ 4.4 Ghz (1.36v)
Corsair H100i w/ SP120 Quiet Edition fans
8GB Corsair Vengeance LP White RAM @ 2133 Mhz (10-11-10-30, 1.65V)
EVGA GTX 560 SC (930 Mhz core/2200 Mhz effective memory, 1V)
OCZ 500W semi-modular PSU
SilverStone Braided Cable Extensions
Crucial M4 128 GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition fan
For those of you whoa re unfamiliar with the 600T, what I have done to allow my fans to be in a push configuration is cut the roof mesh out of the top of the chassis and mounted the rad in the roof. I have also removed the front mesh for the 200mm fan, as this cleaned up airflow, got the fan a bit more quiet, and has it moving quite a bit more air through the chassis. I figured that since it was already being filtered, there was little reason for it to be there just "gumming up the works," as it were.
I REALLY wish they would have given you a different way to route the USB 3.0 cable for the front I/O, but this is the cleanest way I found to do it -_-.
So there you have it in it's current state. I will eventually be updating this thread to show work as I progress on with this rig. Within the next few weeks I'll be getting an XFX P1-750B 750W full modular PSU (80+ Gold) to replace this OCZ unit. The video card will most likely have to wait until after Volcanic Islands is launched, as I want to see what the pricing brackets are going to look like for the performance you get. I will also eventually be modding the roof to accommodate a 360mm rad and adding in a 200mm rad in the front for a full custom loop, and eventually doing full custom sleeving on the PSU cables. Feel free to leave constructive criticism below, and thanks for taking the time to check it out!

*sigh*... yeah, pretty much x-). Hopefully within the next few months I will have amassed the funds to get the parts I need to at LEAST have it in good modern-ish working order. The 'ole 560 is finally starting to show it's age with newer titles. I figure it has another year in it before 1080P on the new stuff just isn't feasible at decent settings.
I changed the cable routing for the GPU so that it now routes through the bottom-side grommet, where the SATA cables route through. It looks significantly better than it did before, though the cabling behind the tray still looks a mess (at least by my standards... thankfully it's out of sight where it belongs). I WAS going to buy the PSU soon, but I may need the money to help the GF get a filling fixed that fell out over the weekend. Don't feel like having her in pain over it for any length of time, and the OCZ unit is still WORKING... I just don't like it x-). Still, I'll need to replace it if I am going to go with a new GPU that has a bit more staying power in it. As soon as I get anything meaningful added and/or done I will update again. Again, thanks for checking it out guys!

UPDATE:
Not much of one, I know, but it's what I can do at the moment. I managed to successfully up my CPU clock speeds to 4.5 Ghz @ 1.4V (after LLC). This is the max I can run with Quiet Edition fans before I run into temperature issues. This should hopefully be resolved once I step up to a custom loop.
I also changed around the cable routing for my GPU to a different grommeted opening. Looks MUCH better this way, I think (sorry about the grainy pic, lighting is terrible today, which just accentuates the crappiness of my phone camera).
