how or why would law enforcement damage or confiscate your belongings unless they were stolen or part of a crime maybe?

viny, after considering your post for a few days im thinking maybe you just live in a better neighborhood than i do.
i've said it before, and i'll say it again. where i live it is safer to deal with the criminals than to deal with the cops.

here are some links about police causing unwarranted destruction

In futile car search for drugs, Pompton Lakes police inflict $12K worth of damage | NJ.com
Your Rights When Police Raid Your Home by Mistake | Legal News | Lawyers.com

and i will defiantly not post about my personal experience with the cops costing me money and causing damage
where i defiantly had no crime committed.
but i guarantee i will never forget about the police harasment.
    any of them.
